Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station Docket No. 50-254. OPR-29, Unit One Enclosed please find the report " Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test, Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station, Unit One, March 22-23, 1986" and the related appendices describing the Type A test.
The performance of this test was witnessed and inspected by representatives of the NRC Region III Office.
This report is submitted to you in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.I.
The information contained in Appendix A of this report is intended to comply with requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.3.
According to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section III.A.6, the test schedule for the next Type A test is to be reviewed and approved by the Commission.
The next Type A test for Quad-Cities Unit One is scheduled for the fall of 1987; the Comml'.ston's review and approval of this schedule is hereby requested.
