LaSalle County Station Units 1 and 2 Supplemental Information to Proposed Amendment to Technical Specification for Facility Operating License NPF-ll and NPF-18 Management Organizational Changes NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374 Reference (a): C. M. Allen letter to H. R. Denton dated December 20, 1985.

Dear Mr. Denton:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, commonwealth Edison proposed to amend Appendix A, Technical Specification, to Facility Operating License NPF-ll and NPF-18 in reference (a). This amendment change is being submitted for your staff's review and approval. The change has received on-site and off-site review and approval.

This supplemental response is in reply to questions by your reviewer in a January 13, 1966 telecon. These are addressed in Attachment A. In addition, other changes have occurred in both the corporate and station organizations. The new organizations are shown in Figure 6.1-1 and Figure 6.1-2, respectively. Please replace Technical Specification pages 6.1-1 and 6.1-2 with the new figures in Attachment B.

Since these changes are administrative in nature, there is no change to the Significant Hazards Considerations submitted with reference (a).

Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our request for this amendment by transmittal of a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State official.
