In accordance with your application dated May 23, 1986, and its supplement dated September 25, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear. Materials License No. SNM-696 is hereby amended to authorize changes in your organization. Accordingly, the dates of May 23, 1986, and September 25, 1986, are added to Item 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
