SUBJECT:
NRC BULLETION 88-03, "INADEQUATE LATCH ENGAGEMENT IN-HFA TYPE LATCHING RELAYS MANUFACTURED BY GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE) COMPANY" On March 10, 1988, NRC Bulleting 88-03 was issued and requested licensees to perform inspections on all GE latching-type HFA relays installed in Class IE (safety related) applications.
Public Service Corpany of
- Colorado provided a respense to this bulletin in letter P-88198 dated June 17, 1988, which stated.that no GE latching-type HFA relays are utilized in safety-related applications for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
The staff has reviewed your response and concludes that no further action with respect to NRC Eulletin 88-03 is required at-this time.
