SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-321/87-30 AND 50-366/87-30
Thank you for your response of January 18, 1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on December 18, 1987, concerning activities conducttd at your Hatch
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
In your response, you admitted Violation A; however, denied one of the three
examples cited in this violation and requested this example be deleted.
In
addition, in your response you admitted Violation B.
After reviewing your letter, we agree with your conclusion that Example 2 of
Violation A of the December 18, 1987 Notice of Violation, did not constitute
another example of Violation A.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective action to Violations A
and 8 during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
