One (1) original Application for Amendment to the above Operating Licenses to add a
footnote to Table 3.6-1 excluding weight and spring loaded containment isolation check valves not subject to containment type C leakage testing from the surveillance requirements of specification 3/4.6.3 and refer to ASME Section XI for testing requirements of these valves.
This change has been reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
2.
One (1) copy of documents designated Attachments A, B and C which setforth the change in Technical Specifications, the safety analysis and the no significant hazards evaluation.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the license amendment appliention fee in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
