Dear Mr. Sanza:
- This is to inform you that NRC conducted an inspection of Alfred Benesch & Company, an Illinois licensee (License No. IL-01696-01), at a temporary job site in the vicinity of Fond-Du-Lac, Wisconsin, on June 16,1999. . The licensee was operating under 10 CFR 150.20 (Reciprocity). i Two violations of NRC requirements were identified during the period of the inspection. The '
violations consist of: (1) an individual working with licensed material without having received training from an authorized training program; and (2) failure of the same individual as above to
' wear dosimetry while working with licensed material. ' As per your request on June 17,1999, the letter and Notice of Violation, which we sent to the licensee summarizing the inspection results, and the inspection Record are enclosed for your records.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
