Your letter of March 22, 1989 submitted the following names (with respective affidavits of non-disclosure) for approval as "non-lawyer representatises" of a:tive parties with resg!.t to the protective order issued on February 17:
William S. Lord, Selectman, Town of Amesbu y Janice L. Ross, Stephanie A. Bowles, and Janet L. Soule.
Secretaries to Shatnes & McEachern Mr. Lord is hereby approved as an "authcrized person" for the receipt of prctected information in accordance with the terms of the order.
Mses. Ro n, Bowles, and Soule, as secretaries under the direction of counsel to' an active party te this proceeding, need only execute and have served an affidavit of non-disclosure to be authorized to receive protected in'~armation. They have done this and therefore are authorized.
