Heatup of Rancho Seco This is to acknowledge your letter of March 1,1988 certifying that Rancho Seco has met all prerequisites necessary for heating up beyond 200 F.
In addition, this is to acknowledge your notification that the final TDI diesel vibration measurements have met their established acceptance criteria.
-On the basis of that certification and notice, and Region V's understanding of the plant's readiness for heatup, the NRC has no objection to heatup of Rancho Seco in accordance with the approved test program.
