Audit Scope:
(1) Comparison of new ARS versus original ARS based on El Centro ground motion time history.
(?) ARS generated for the soil founded structures, including

modeling techniques (soil sprinos, etc.) consideration of l
soil ampiification effects (soil amplification factors),
coupling of horizontal and vertical responses, etc.
(3) Mass participation to the structural responses.
(4)
Damping of steel structural members inside dyrwell (1% versus 2%).
(5)
Definition of ZPA of the new ARS.
