ASLBP No. 97-732-02-ISFSI DECLARATION OF DONALD WAYNE LEWIS Donald Wayne Lewis states as follows under penalties of perjury:

I am Lead Mechanical Engineer with Stone & Webster for the Private Fuel Storage Facility (PFSF) project. In that position I am responsible for ensuring that all mechanically related systems for the PFSF meet the principal design criteria as stated in Chapter 3 of the PFSF Safety Analysis Report.

I am duly authorized to verify Applicant's Response to State's Second Requests for Discovery; specifically, those responses to Interrogatory No. 4 with respect to Utah Contention B; Request for Admission No.13 with respect to Utah Contention K, Request for Admission No I and Interrogatory Nos.1-5 with respect to Utah Contention N; and Request for Admission Nos.1-4 and Interrogatory Nos.1-3 with respect to Utah Contention R.
