RE0dJIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR REQUAllFICAT10h EXAMINATIONS Enclosed vs a revision to the guidance for the trial NRC requalification examinations. The revisions reflected in this document are a result of the lessons learned from the requalification evaininations administered at the H. B. Robinson plant in December,1987. Additional revisions will be made, as appropriate, based on the lessons learned from trial requalification
(
examinations in the other regions and feed back from the industry. Atter the trial program is complete, the final version shall be incorporated into the Examiner Standards.
Region Il is highly commended for their performance on the H. B. Robinson effort and the strong contribution to this revision.
