CLINTON POWER STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSE AMENDMENT (TAC NO. M94310)
Dear Mr. Sipek:
By letter dated December 14,1995, as supplemented July 22,1996, you applied for an amendment to Operating License No. NPF-62. The proposed change would have eliminated periodic response time testing of selected analog trip modules. Subsequently, by letter dated November 23,1998, you withdrew the request.
The Commission has filed the enclos*1 Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Ofhce of the Federal Register for publication.
