June 16, 1998 Meeting between SCE, Asea Brown Bovari Combustion Engineering (ABB CE), and NRC Staff at White Flint to Discuss Reload Analysis Technology Transfer from ABB CE to SCE for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Enclosed is the Southern California Edison (SCE) report " Reload Analysis Methodology for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3."
SCE preparation and submittal of this report was discussed in the above referenced meeting. The report summarizes the SCE program to develop the capability to perform reload analysis. is 23 copies of Proprietary report SCE-9801-P, " Reload Analysis Methodology for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3,"
and is 12 copies of Nonproprietary report SCE-9801-NP, " Reload Analysis Methodology for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3."
Because Enclosure 1 contains information proprietary to ABB CE, it is supported by an Affidavit (Enclosure 3) signed by ABB CE, the owner of such information. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph ~ (b)(4) of 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
