V0GTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT EXAMlHATION REPORT 424 and 50-425 OL-88-02 The NRC administered examinations on September 19-22, 1988, to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant. At the conclusion of the writtan examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the operating tests were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2. Facility connents regarding the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3. Enclosure 4 summarizes simulator performance defic.iencies observed during conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
