Thank you for your response of January 21, 1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on December 21, 1987, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah
facility. As discussed on January 29, 1987 between Mr. M. R. Harding of your
staff and Mr. J. B. Brady of my staff, your response is unclear in whether a
portion or all of OSLA-107 was accomplished prior to restarting the system
i
alignment process.
This letter confirms a discussion between Mr. G. B Kirk of
your staff and Mr. J. B. Brady of my staff on February 5, 1988 in which you
committed to provide a revised response concerning this subject by
February 22, 1988.
