You stated that the subuitted information should be con.,id. >ed eser'pt fron n.andatory public disclosure for the following reasons:

The information reveals the distinguishing aspects of a process (or cop!ponent, structure, teol rethod, etc.) where prevention of its use by any of Westinghouse,s cor.petitors without license frou Westinghouse constitutes a conpetitive econonic advantage over other, corpanies.
