Enclosed is Omaha Public Power District's (0 PPD) "Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend Sections 2 and 5 of the Technical Specifications as set forth in Appendix A to that license.
Also attached pursuant to 10 CFR sl70.21 is a check for the application fee of 5150.00. OPPD respectfully requests 90 days from date of issuance in order to implement the revised specifications.
