50-328 SEQUOYAM NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 88-26 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to licenses Drt-77 and UpR-79 in change the technleal speelfications of SQN units 1 and 2.
The proposed change adds a footnote to specification 3.4.2 for the reactor coolant system safety valves.
The proposed tecimical specification change is identlflod in enclosure 1.
The justif teation for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards considerations performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CYR 110.12.
