Dear Mr. Miller:
Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Reports prepared to support the renewal of Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 for the Paducah facility and GDP-2 for the Portsmouth facility. A copy oi the Notice of Renewal, which has been forwarded to the Ofiice of the Federal Register for publication, is also enclosed. The notice provides the opportunity for the public to petition for review of the decision in accordance with 10 CFR Part 76, Subpart C.
Final action on your renewal requect will not be taken until after the period for requesting review of the Director's Decision is over.
