NRC BULLETIN 88-03, INADEQUATE HATCH ENGAGEMENT IN HFA TYPE LAT0HING RELAYS MANUFACTURED BY GE NRC Bulletin 88-03 requested licensees to inspect their plants to ensure that all GE latching-type HFA relays installed in Class IE applications have adequate latch engagement.
Your letter of July 5, 1988 in response to the bulletin stated that the latching-type HFA relays in question are not used in safety-related systems at the Hatch plant.

This matter is-considered closed for the Hatch plant.
