Your letter dated November 12, 1987, submitted Topical Report No.
WCAP-11618 entitled "Methodically Engineered, Restructured and Irrproved Technical Specifications, MERITS Program - Phase II Task 5. Criteria Application" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review.-
Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J. requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.
Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your November 12 request was i
