In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), enclosed are four copies of Revision 6, Submittal 2, to the CPSES Physical Security Plan and four copies of Revision 5, Submittal 2, to the CPSES Training and Qualification Plan.
These enclosures contain only those pages that were affected by responding to the comments provided with the referenced letter.
Upon receipt of this second submittal, those pages from the first submittal should be extracted, replaced by the appropriate page, and destroyed. Destruction should be in accordance with 10 CFR Parts 2, 50, 70, and 73, "Protection of Unclassified Safeguards Information, Final Rule", which became effective January 20, 1982.
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness at CPSES.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information and should be handled in accordance with 10CFR73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information." Their disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
Therefore, the enclosures should not be placed in the Public Document Room per 10CFR2.790(2)(4).
