We have received your letter, dated June 13, 1988, which transmitted the proposed scope and objectives for the Quad Cities Station exercise scheduled for August 31, 1988. We understand that this will be a full-scale exercise for the States of Illinois and Iowa and for all the counties within the plume exposure pathway Emergency Planning Zone.
Your proposed objectives are responsive to our concerns from the previous exercise. They also clearly indicate your willingness to demonstrate many of the program upgrades that have been taking place during 1988.
We find your proposed objectives to be acceptable.
