Oyster Creek Nuclear Gererating Station Docket No. 50-219 Response to NRC Bulletin 88-06 On June 14, 1988, the USNRC issued NRC Bulletin 88-06, "Actions to oe Taken for the Transportation of Model No. SPEC 2-T Radiographic Exposure Device."
This letter provides GPU Nuclear's respnse to the Bulletin.
GPU Nuclear does not possess any radiographic exposure devices. All radiography at the Oyster Creek Station is performed by a contractor.
The contractor was contacted to determine the manufacturer / vendor of his radiographic sources.
It was determined that the contractor also does not use any SPEC exposure devices. As there are none of the identified SPEC 2-T devices at the Oyster Creek Station, the required actions of Bul'etin 88-06 are not applicable to Oyster Creek.
