The following applications were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review in connection with the Braidwood Station Unit Nos.
1 and 2:

A September 18, 1987 application which reque:ted a one-time exemption to the annual written exam requirement of the Licensed Operator Requalification Program Topical Report.
2.
An October 30, 1987 application which requested approval of a Control Rocm Ventilation Interim Operation Plan which would utilize the service building chiller system.
Fees required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your applications. There' ore, it is requested that you remit the application fees of $300 for your September 18 and October 30 requests. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your applications in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
