l An application dated June 1,- 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear l
Reactor Regulation for review. This application submitted combined Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification changes for the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application for Unit No.1.
Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your June 1 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21. The costs for Unit No. 2 will be included in the operating license review costs.
