On April 29, 1987, by our letter logged TXX-6415, we notified you that the deficiency involving splice / connections used for cable trays in Units 1 and 2 (SDAR CP-86-52, "Cable Tray Splices / Connections") was reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our most recent interim report was logged TXX-6893, dated October 21, 1987.
Our evaluation of this issue including prescribed corrective actions is continuing. We will submit our next report on this issue by April 15, 1988.
