Big Rock Point has used Regulatory Guide 1.99 Revision 2 methodology to determine a
1.
That if pressure-temperature limits derived using Reg Guide 1.99 Revision 2 methodology were to be immediately made part of the Technical Specifi-cations, Big Rock Point would remain in compliance for approximately one more year.
2.
Pressure-temperature limits derived using Reg Guide 1.99 Revision 2 methodology will, in most cases, result in lower allowable pressures at a given temperature.
