REVISION 19 TO SECURITY PLAN Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 19 to the Big Rock Point Security Plan. This revision is made to reflect recently implemented new camera installations and protected area er ance equipment.
It also responds to an NRC inspectors request in Inspeu :.on Report 50-155/88003 to upgrade a drawing.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in ac.cordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this let,er be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
