88 001-703 Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP) is making this submittal in response to the NRC's request for comments on the proposed rule for the Fitness for Duty Program.
The referenced letter provides comments on behalf of the Nuclear Management and Resources Council, Inc.
(NUMARC).
NUMARC is responsible for coordinating the combined efforts of all utilities licensed to operate or construct nuclear power plants, in all matters involving generic regulatory policy issues and on the regulatory aspects of generic operational and technical issues affecting the nuclear power industry.
As a member of NUMARC, ANPP contributed to the preparation of the NUMARC coments on the proposed Fitness for Duty **ogram rule, and would like to go on record as supporting those coments.
