Dear Ms. Jackson,

I refer to my recent visit to the USNRC and take pleasure in expressing once again my thanks for the usefulness of the meetings held in Washington with your staff.

During that visit the Calvert Cliffs NPP was visited and my delegation was strongly impressed by the physical protection.

I would very much appreciate your assistance for the assessment of the performances of the physical protection system of our Cemavoda NPP, The recommendations of your experts will be used as requirements for Cernavoda NPP's operating licence.

Looking forward to favourable outcome.

Sincerely yours Dan Cuto
