We have revicwed the submitted changes and have deterciint.d that they are.

consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, thty are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

The enclosures to ycur letter contain Safeguards Inforr.ation of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld frcra public disclosure.
