DOCKET NO. 50-445 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON RISK SIGNIFICANCE Gentlemen:

As part of the CPSES Technical Specification development efforts, and in a need to enhance the Technical Specifications from the users perspective, certain specifications or portions of specifications have been proposed for relocation from tne CPSES Technical Specifications to the programs described in Section 6.8 of the CPSES Technical Specifications. TV Electric has perfonned a study on the risk impact to CPSES if these Technical Specifications are relocated to another controlled document. The attachment to ti. lettor provides the results of our study.
