Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Response to Generic Letter 88-17 NRC Generic Letter 88-17 addressed the loss of decay heat removal capabilities. GPU Nuclear has reviewed the infomation presented in Generic Letter 88-17 and has determined that it is not applicable to THI-2 in the current recovery mode.
If a decision is made to restart TMI-2, this tEC Generic Letter will be re-evaluated.
