Dear Mr. Hutchinson:

- From October 19-22,1998, a radiation protection inspection was conducted at your Arkansas
Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2 reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the scope and
results of that inspection.
The inspection results revealed that you have implemented an effective radiation protection
, program.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
. enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
