PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE - CATAWBA
NUCLEAR STATION (RESCHEDULED)
Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter confirms my conversation with Mr. S. Bradshaw of your staff on May 26,1999,
conceming rescheduling the June 7,1999, predecisional enforcement conference to discuss the
apparent violation described in inspection Report 50-413,414/99-10 that is associated with the
potentialinoperability of the Standby Shutdown System. The conference will now be conducted
on June 23,1999, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Room 24T20 of the Sam Nunn Atlanta
Federal Center,61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an open meeting as per
Section V of the " General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions,"
