. .. l Renewal of License No. SNM-414 - BWXT indicated that License No. SNM-414 would expire before the decommissioning of the site was completed, and requested NRC's staff insight into the most appropriate method to renew or extend the license. NRC staff discussed the request ,

with BWXT staff and indicated that they would prepare a formal response to BWXT's request l

During the meeting, BWXT staff requested that NRC, PADEP and BWXT increase the frequency of the meetings from semiannual to three times per year in order to address the issues associated with decommissioning of the PTS in a timely manner as the decommissioning project came to an end. NRC and PADEP staff agreed to the request. The  ;

meeting concluded at approximately 11:50 am.
