The following concerns were made to the NRC Senior Resident Inspector at River i

Bend and are referenced under allegation number 4-85-A-095.

1. The alleger stated a concern regarding the alleged wrongful termination ,

of employees as a result of the urinalysis examination for drug and i

narcotics. The alleger stated the River Bend employees are not properly informed about prescribed or " legal" medications that they have ingested which may affect the urinalysis screening procedure. The alleger '

identified Mr. Eddie Bell whom he felt had been wrongfully terminated for failing his urinalysis test. The alleger was unable to provide further specifics regarding Mr. Bell.

2. The alleger. stated that he had overheard ANCO personnel say that approximately one-third of the ANCO non-safety personnel would be unable to pass urinalysis examination if required to do so. The alleger acknowledged that the ANCO personnel were not involved in any kind of technical work, however, voiced concern over the caliber of these J laborers, a

3. The alleger stated that he was aware the " head of ANC0" was caught j bringing gallons of liquor on the job to distribute to his employees. ,

l The alleger stated that this incident occurred approximately one year

] ago and further voiced concern that this unidentified individual was still employed at River Berd.

The above mentioned allegations are admittedly vague and lack significant
