Dear Mr. Bliss:
This is to inform you that Mr. Leonard 01shan, Proj6ct Manager for Byron Station, has been placed on a temporary assignnent to prepare an internal study.
I anticipate that he will be in this assignment for about 2 months.
In the meantime, licensing actions for the Byron Station will be handled by the back-up Project Manager Mr. Stephen Sands. Mr. Sands can be reached on (301) 492-1396.
