Dear Dr. Grace:
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 18 to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Based on conversations between personnel of your staff and my staff and NRC/0NMSS and my staff, revision 18 was developed to address the protection afforded the SSF related auxiliary feedwater piping.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 18 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
