By letter dated March 20, 1986, we informed your Company that an application fee of $150 was due for your application dated January 28, 1986. This application requested review of a summary of the training personnel currently assigned to the implementation of the requalifica-tion program, and a schedule of requalification courses presented for the Ft. St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. The requested fee has not yet been received by us; therefore, you are requested to remit it within 15 days from the receipt of this letter.
