This acknowledges the receipt of your letters, November 20, 1985, and March 21', 1986, respectively, by which you transmitted Revisions 17 and 18 to the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan.
It appears that some of the proposed changes may have policy implications which require action at Headquarters level. Accordingly, these changes have been submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for appropriate action.
