1.0 REFERENCES
1-A CP-EP-4.0 Design Control 1-B CP-EI-4.5-21 Cable Tray Hanger Engineering Walkdown 2.0 GENERAL 2.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE This procedure outlines basic responsibilities and tasks for the develognent of as-designed and as-built drawings for individual cable tray hangers.
Its purpose is to define:
(a) The process by which information on individual hangers which is required to develop the drawing is collected, worked and packaged at the CPSES site, (b) Responsible individuals, (c) How the information is transnitted to the EBASCO-NY (DE) for input on CADD, (d) How the information is to be entered in the CADD system, and (e) How the information is to be returned to the site or other organizations responsible for design control / verification, This procedure is applicable to the activities performed for the develognent of individual as-designed and as-built cable tray hanger drawings. This procedure is established to assure implementation of the applicable portions of Ref. 1-A.

'Ihe Cmanche Peak Project Civil Engineer is responsible for providing technical direction and administrative guidance to the civil / structural engineering organization of which the CrH Unit 1 Special Analysis Group is a part. W e CPP Civil Engineer shall also assure documents controlled at the jobsite shall be made available to ENY in a manner cmmensurate with the controls for the documents at the jobsite. A periodic verification effort shall be established to assure these controls a e implemented.
'Ihe CIH Unit 1 program manager has been delegated the specific l
functional responsibility for assuring implementation of the measures described herein; and, afditionally, that adequate tracking mechanisms exist to assure proper interface and control of the collection of necessary information, assembly and forwarding of the information to off site CADD, and receipt of drawings.
The Assistant Project Manager-ENY is responsible for assuring the y:tivities are controlled and performed in accordance with established engineering procedures / instructions and the ENY QA program.

'Ihe organization of the group responsible for the develcpment of the as-designed and as-built drawings for the cable tray hangers is.shown in figure 1.
Figure 3 provides the flow diart for document interface within the groups.
3.0 INSTRUCTICN 3.1
'Ihe CTH As-Built coordinator at the CPSES site will be responsible for collecting all necessary engineering ard inspection documents for the preparation of the as-designed and as-built decwings.
3.2
'Ihe C'IH As-Built coordinator will obtain from DCC or Gibbs & Hill the following documents applicable to each cable tray hanger which has been designated to have a drawing produced.
(a) FSE 0159 Drawing to be cmpared with the Gibbs & Hill engineering drawings and details for empliance. Variations will be addressed by CMC and/or DCA.
(b) Map Drawings (2323-El-05CO, 0600, 0700, 0800 series drawings modified to show support nurrbers)
(c) 2323-S-0900 series drawings (d) Cable tray clanp/ clip details drawing (TNE-S1-0900 series and 2323-s-900 series)
(e) FSE 0179 Drawing (Map Drawing)
(f) DCA/CMCs generated against map (500-600-700-800 series drawings)
(g) DCA/CMCs generated against 900 series of drawings (h)

3.7 Information on the drawings shall be verified for ccmpleteness and accuracy by the checker in ENY, and the drawing shall be transmitted to:
(a) Gibbs and Hill.
(b) CIII Progran Manager.

(c) EBASOD SAG for review and cm ments.
3.8 2 e "as-designed" drawings shall be used for the walkdown of the hanger in accordance with Ref. 1-B.
W e walkdown process will result in a mark-up of the "as-designed" drawing, 3.9 he marked-up "as-designed" drawings shall be transmitted by the CI11 As-Built coordinator to the APM/ENY for use in preparation of the "as-built" drawing.

'Ihe "as-built" drawing shall be transmitted by the A1H/ENY to:

3.12 Upon receipt of the as-built drawing, G&H shall consnence applicable design control activities and forward the approved design package to the job site in accordance with the established transfer program.
3.13
'Ihe "as-built" drawing shall be issued to DCC by the Cm As-Built coordinator for controlled distribution in accordance with established site procedures.
3.14 Any changes required in the "as-built" drawing due to QC inspection, site review for completeness, SAG review, or G&H design review cm ments will be resolved as indicated in the Flow Chart of Figure 3.
