TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS ON-LICENSEE EVENT REPORTS Palisades Licensee Event Reports (LER)88-004 thru 88-008 transmitted on April 4, 1988 (004 and 005), April 26, 1988 (006), May.31, 1988 (007) and June 13, 1988 (008) and Big Rock Point LER 88-002 and 88-003 transmitted on March 7 and 8, 1988 respectively contained the incorrect LER numbers in the letterhead and first sentence of the cover letters. They indicated incorrect sequence numbers beginning with 87 versus'the correct 88.
The LER forms (NRC Form 366) did contain the correct sequential numbers. We have corrected the error which was on the boilerplate in our text processing system. We apologize for the inconvience these errors may have caused.
