This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by site inspectors from
4/1 - 5/7/88, of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-73 and to discussions
of our findings held by Mr. D. Johnson of our office with members of your staff
on May 11, 1988.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the inspection report which
is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selected examinations of procedures cnd representatives records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
