FEMA-REP-10 Design Report - Addendum 1; Additional Information Gentlemen:*
New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) submitted Addendum 1 to the Seabrook Station Public Alert and Notification System FEMA-REP-10 Design Report for FEMA review on October 14, 1988 (Reference (d)). As indicated in Reference (d), Figure 2-4 was withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the Protective Order of the ASLB (Reference (c)). This figure was to be submitted to the NRC under separate cover pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 so that it would be available for NRC stah and FEMA review. Accordingly, NHY now submits 3 copies of Figure 2-4.
Some of the information contained on Figure 2-4 is considered to be confiden-dial by NHY and its disclosure could result in the unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of individuals and organizations needed to implement the Vehicular Alert l
and Notification System (VANS). This information should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 for the reasons provided in the affidavit enclosed with Reference (b).
Furthermore, this information is also to be with-I held from public disclosure pursuant to the Orders of the ASL,9 (Reference (c)).
Therefore, NHY requests that the enclosed figure be withheld from public disclo-l sure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
As indicated in Reference (d), the enclosed figure will be made available to the interested parties, in accordance with the ASLB's Protective Order, upon i
request to Ropes & Gray.
