Enclosure 4 to E-56684 List of New CoC 1042 Amendment 2, Revision 5 Technical Specifications Changes and Justifications Changed Technical Specifications (TS) Area and Justification Page Number Table of Contents, List of Updated Tables, and List of Figures 2.1 (CONTROL COMPONENTS As described in Enclosure 12, Item 1, the CONTROL (CCs)) COMPONENT (CCs) section has been revised.

Page 2-3 As described in the response to Thermal RAI 4-7, the time 3.1.3 (LCO 3.1.3) limits for the 61BTH Type 2 DSC model for Applicable HLZCs (Page 3-7) 5, 6, or 8 and for Applicable HLZCs 7 or 10 have been revised.
