POSTPONEMENT OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED INSPECTION NO. 99902083/2020-201
Dear Mr. Garcia:
As discussed in a letter dated June 19, 2020, (Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML2016A447), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) planned to perform an inspection of Framatome Fuel Facility (Framatome) to review the implementation of Framatomes quality assurance program in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 21. The letter discussed a preliminary schedule for the inspection. The NRC inspection team planned to arrive at your facility in Richland, Washington on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, and conduct the inspection through Thursday, July 16, 2020. Due to the ongoing pandemic associated with the Coronavirus, the NRC has decided to postpone the inspection for a second time. The NRC will contact you within the next few weeks to reschedule the inspection.
