Dear Ms. Sloma-DeLosier:
As requested by your letter dated June 3, 2020, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9292 (USA/9292/AF-85), Revision 8, for your Model No. PATRIOT. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, is registered as the certificate holder for this package.
This approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.

SUMMARY
By letter dated June 3, 2020 (ADAMS Accession Number: ML20156A227), Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, (certificate holder) requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No.
9292 for the Model No. PATRIOT package. The certificate holder did not request any changes to the package design, operating procedures, acceptance tests, or maintenance program of the package. The certificate has been renewed for an additional five years.
EVALUATION By letter dated June 3, 2020, Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9292, for the Model No. PATRIOT without changes to the package design, operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance program of the package. The certificate holder has an NRC-approved quality assurance program (Docket No. 71-0708).
CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the Certificate:
Item 3.a was revised to indicate the new address of Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC.
Condition No. 11 was revised to extend the validity of the previous certificate by approximately one year.
Condition No. 13 was revised to show the new expiration date of the certificate of August 31, 2025.
CONCLUSION The certificate has been renewed for a five-year term. These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.
